Shift your business to purchase business that has little to no competition!
Grow your business through a combination of company provided leads and self generated leads using our exclusive in-house financing programs.
We provide private financing for buyers who can't currently qualify for traditional bank financing.
Our websites produce daily leads of prospects who want to purchase a home but may not qualify for a mortgage today (some of these leads do qualify to buy today). Qualify these inbound leads and sort them into the proper buying categories depending on the type of financing they need.
Many of our leads qualify for traditional financing and many for our non-qm loans (bank statement, asset depletion, etc). Those with poor credit can utilize our U-pick seller financing and U-pick rent to own programs to get into their home.
Arizona Seller Financing is a full-service Fannie, Freddie, FHA and VA lender. We offer FHA down to 500 credit score with 10% down and down to 580 with minimum down payment. We also have many other niche programs including programs underwritten and funded in-house by our private investor group for those difficult to qualify borrowers.
Work our company leads and use our marketing tools to generate your own leads. Our programs are GREAT for developing realtor relationships; a great door opener - and we have the PERFECT formula to get the real estate agent to take your call - and to start referring business to you.
Those interested will have the opportunity to develop working relationships with our in-house real estate agents. Our rapidly growing In-house real estate company is expected to double in size in the next 12 months. EXCLUSIVE: Our in-house U-PICK seller financing program is a niche no other lender offers.
Many applicants who apply for seller financing will qualify to buy now. Those who cannot qualify now may buy through our in-house "U-pick" seller financing program. With this program, a buyer with poor credit or unverified income can select any home for sale. Our investor group will then purchase the home and sell to the buyer with seller financing. This makes any home for sale a seller financing home! And these transaction create loan officer commissions!
Refer buyers who don't fit into any of our programs to our Attorney based credit repair company to build your pipeline for future closings. Many seller financing leads are close to qualifying for traditional financing.
Job duties:
- Work with our company leads to determine what program they qualify for
- Pre-qualify leads from our in-house real estate agents
- Over time we will teach you to develop your own lead generation platform with our creative financing programs that will continue to generate leads for years
- Develop and maintain relationship with prospects that are not ready to buy today
- Refer unqualified candidates to credit repair department to build future client base

Qualified candidate should possess the following:
- Licensed loan officer in Arizona

Job Description
We are seeking a competent and professional licensed mortgage loan officer to handle our in-bound lead flow, pre-qualify our candidates and place them into the correct products. This is a high contact inbound and outbound call position. The position will require you to be on the phone consistently throughout the day.

Job Responsibilities
- Work with our company’s buyer leads to determine program eligibility.
- Pre-qualify leads received from our in-house real estate agents.
- Place candidates into traditional and non-traditional mortgage products or into our exclusive in-house financing for buyers with poor credit.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects that are not ready to buy today.
- Refer unqualified candidates to credit repair department to build future business.
- Report directly to senior management.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) license in Arizona.
- Good organization, communication, and follow-up skills required.
- Be driven to work hard towards a six-figure income.
