This is a mortgage loan is for borrowers who don't claim enough income on their personal tax returns to qualify for a mortgage. The deposits into a business or personal bank account are used as income. The deposits are averaged to determine a monthly income that can be used to calculate the buyer's ability to qualify for a home mortgage.
These loans are great for individuals who generate a good income but don't claim all the income on their taxes, have a lot of write offs or simply haven't filed tax returns.
